No Time For Excuses

Remember to always add some type of exercise to your daily routine it’s always good to do about an 1 to 2 hours of strength or cardio but if you can squeeze in at least 15-20 minutes into your day, don’t fill your life full of excuses because if you put your mind to it anything is possible.

Weight Loss Journey

These are photos from the beginning of my weight loss journey starting from 2 months after having Brad through today. I have seen lots of progress as I there has been moments I wanted to give up and had struggles along the way I have achieved a lot since having Brad. I have lost a total of 35lbs since April 19th 2016 it may not seem a lot but to me it’s a lot and I’m still loosing inches and gaining muscle and shredding fat as I continue to eat clean and train hard I will see results as you can see in these pictures. #FitnessMom #TrainerinTraining #Goals #Weightloss

Eating Healthy on The Go.

It’s always a struggle to figure out what to grab while on the go but it doesn’t take long to grab it l. So grab yourself a protein shake or make a smoothie at home out some nuts together with cheese or fruit/veggies. Low carb with lots of vitamins and protein. Look what I had for my breakfast after a short 10 minute ab workout before heading into work. #Nutrition #EatClean ChaffeeFitness©

Fitness Mom

  • Take about 15-20 minutes out of your day to stretch and go for a jog or walk. Or even go to the gym, I really enjoy the gym but one thing I really do enjoy going is going for jogs around Lake Tye it’s so peaceful and Brad loves it too it’s so peaceful and the smell of the fresh air makes him fall asleep during my exercises outdoors. Brad loves getting involved with my squat workouts he is a great inspiration and motivates me to get in shape and be healthy for him. So stop making excuses and get your butt off that coach and move because anything is possible regardless.
